Your gift of $500 will provide a youth with clothing, tools and materials they need to successfully complete the Artisans Woodworking Program.This six-month career training program teaches youth the techniques and applied craft of fine woodworking. Through hands on learning, the program helps youth transistion into meaningful work and a productive lifestyle. Your gift of $1,000 will provide food, clothing, and shelter for youth entering the Crisis Center. Your gift of $1,000 will assist a youth in completing his or her job search process. Your gift of $1,000 will provide leadership training for four youth through our Prevention Services Program. Targeting youth between the ages of 11 and 21 years, the program follows a curriculum aimed at reducing teen pregnancy and encourages young people to develop a healthy self-esteem, set goals, and make good decisions. Your gift of $2,500 will provide case management support for a youth in crisis up to six months. This support will enable a young person to work toward getting a GED, finding employment, or securing stable housing. Click here for the Mail-In donation form. |
